I currently work on AI engineering at Dutch Bros Coffee. Before that I led a transition to an AI-native SDLC at CRS — a suite of 30+ agents across the development lifecycle, a Model Context Protocol server in F# giving those agents one coherent view of enterprise data, and a reliability scoring framework so the documentation they read could actually be trusted.
The throughline is that I have spent most of my career on integration: MuleSoft, Salesforce, Azure API Gateway, enterprise architecture. Agentic systems are an integration problem wearing a new hat. The hard part was never the model call.
